Drake Center is the only hospital of our kind in the region with an on-site research program. The program helps us to continuously seek and identify best practice medical treatments.

We are also the only hospital in the region with in-house, clinical research laboratories funded by the National Institutes of Health, the American Stroke Association, and other national and international funding organizations. Drake Center offers the most advanced technology to give our patients the best advantage.

Our studies, published in major medical journals, show that current patients and those many years post-stroke and spinal cord injury can regain meaningful motor skills such as walking, feeding themselves and writing.
